Lazy Breakfast & Lunch

Lately I've been really lazy to cook anything, so I've been making this super easy tofu scramble with a side of toast with avocado. 
All you need is 1/4 block of tofu, red, yellow, or green bell pepper, mushrooms, and any spices you like. (you can pretty much add anything you like) I used salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and I top it off with some store bought salsa, which gives it a good flavor. It's easy and really good, and you can't go wrong with avocado. =)
