I love making green smoothies, this time it looks super neon green, it makes me feel good that at least I'm getting more greens in my diet. This smoothie had a frozen banana, a bunch of spinach, a swiss chard leaf, some cucumber, water and ice. The first time i made a green smoothie i put 3 sticks of celery, banana and some swiss chard and it tasted disgusting, the celery was so over powering and i just don't like celery anymore.
Yesterday with leftovers i made a brown rice and lentil burrito with grape tomatoes and Daiya cheese. Pretty dam good and so simple and easy.
