Homemade Falafel

I've always wanted to make falafel patties because they're so good and the Lebanese restaurant by where i live made me want them even more. Well i got this recipe from this YouTube video but i didn't have a few of the needed ingredients so i went without them.
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas (I soaked them in two cups of water overnight)
5 cloves garlic
Quarter cup onions
Quarter bunch cilantro
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Bread crumbs(i used one slice of whole wheat bread we had)
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

The two ingredients that i didn't have but the lady calls for are:
Half a bunch of Parsley
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

You could watch the video on how it's done but they're kind of long so let me explain.
1. You have to let the chickpeas soak overnight or for at least 8 hours, after they're done soaking you want to rinse and wash them.
2. Put the chickpeas in a food processor(my mistake doing it in a blender, it didn't work out) you don't want to over blend the chickpeas you don't want them to be too smooth.
3. Take out the blended chickpeas and put them in a separate bowl and leave aside.
4. Blend the parsley, cilantro, onions, and garlic in food processor.
5. Add all the spices to the bowl of chickpeas and mix together( with hands is fine)
6. Add the blended greens(cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic) to the chickpeas and mix.
7. Add the bread crumbs in the bowl.
After everything is well mixed together you want to add in the baking soda and baking powder and mix again with hands and set aside for 20 minutes.
8. After all that jazz you want you're oven to be preheated to 375degrees.
9. I used a pizza pan(not sure what exactly it's called) Spray the pan with a non-stick spray.
10. Shape the falafel mix into balls on the pan after you want to press on them and make each even.
11. Cook one side for 10 mins and flip them and cook for another 10 mins.
12. Enjoy!

Hopefully it's not too confusing, if is it i suggest watching the video (they're are three but you only need to watch the first two) If not just ask me a question :)
