Apps are helpful

Okay so i have planned out what I'm going to eat this week so i can stay on track so I've been trying to find some good vegan apps and i found the Whole Foods Market app and i worked around that.
This photo i took yesterday and it's brown rice, lentils and caramelized onions from the Whole Foods app. Well surprisingly i liked haha, I'm really picky, well for sure I'll be making this dish more often Oh and it was the first time trying lentils and they're good.

I have cut out chicken! well chicken and fish are the only meats i ate. I am slowing cutting seafood and eggs out, Because of leftover stuff, don't want it to go to waste now do we! I want to talk to my doctor/nutritionist after i become fully vegan so she/he can tell me what more do i need in my diet.
