For me giving up meat products wasn't hard at all because i was use to not eating it but also i was slowing cutting out dairy products. At first i was thinking of substituting some dairy products so i bought some Tofutti Cream Cheese and Daiya Cheese only because i was watching the Vegan Zombie on YouTube. Well after i had to finish the fake stuff i thought i didn't want to eat that stuff because personally i don't think it's super healthy, but maybe in some occasions its okay. Anyway i kind of go through the day thinking I'm a "Raw Vegan" (but I'm not)so i know i will try my best to stick to a healthy eating habit and eat more greens. I do get my big bowl of raw greens and one cup of cooked greens and i also have bean eating black beans, lentils, chickpeas and quinoa to get the nutrients i need. I still don't really know how to cook so i eat my food pretty plain and it's cool with me because that's how i usually eat it but i want to learn how to actually cook and make new recipes so that is my goal for my second month of being vegan is to find and make some recipes and try to experiment with food more and try new foods.

Love your blog - I am a lacto ovo vegetarian (eat eggs no dairy)... my only thing is can you include recipes/measurements for the food?
