Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 almond milk and a hand full of some old granola that i had and some agave nectar.
Snack: Small apple with peanut butter.
Lunch: A whole heart of romaine lettuce, a hand full of spinach, a small carrot shredded, cucumber, and some Gardien meat-free "Chicken"
Snack: Kiwi fruit, cashews, and green tea.(and not pictured a bowl of cereal)
Dinner: About 1 cup and a half of whole wheat pasta with 1/4 of an avocado.
Snack: Had another small apple with peanut butter. Also not pictured a blueberry, pineapple, and almond milk smoothie.
I usually get some sort of beans in for dinner but this time i didn't know what to make so i made pasta. Also i usually have a banana green smoothie but we didn't have bananas.
