Yesterday was my first time experimenting with tofu and i wasn't as disgusted as i though i was going to be, well i cooked the tofu first with some oil added some garlic and onion and just waited till it was golden brown then i added the sesame seeds and soy sauce and done! I watched a lot of "How to tofu" videos and most were pretty similar, they cooked it till it was brown or crispy and added soy sauce so i tried it because it was so simple and it actually came out pretty good.
Recently i got an app called Whole Foods Market recipes and i love it! You can pick a spicific diet for example: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and so on. Also you can put some recipes you have on hand and it will recommend a dish for you, it's amazing! So i've planned out my meals for one week using the Whole Food app and Yegan YumYum app , mostly vegetarian meals, and i am going grocery shopping this weekend and can't wait to start cooking!
