My story

I was a vegetarian for about 3 years but  i wasn't the most healthiest vegetarian. The first weeks of being vegetarian, which was in high school i think tenth grade?, well i was still eating out a lot but i was eating mostly fries and greasy Chinese food thinking i was healthy and i don't really remember what exactly i was eating during the 3 years i was a vegetarian aha. Last year(2011) around November i started eating meat because i didn't feel good i fainted a lot i was a bit scared i was anemic so i thought adding in some meat would make it better and it did, sadly. After educated my self a bit more i went back to being vegetarian. Now I'm eating way more healthier but i still get my fix of Chipotle burritos. I try to stay away from any sugars and most of the time anything processed, i just want to cut out all animal products and eat a more plant based diet. In this blog ill be posting stuff about my slow transition into being a healthy vegan.
