Vega Delicious

I haven't been able to do this post because i didn't have access to the internet so sorry that i haven't posted anything. Anyways this Vega One goodness is amazing! and if you haven't heard of it yet let me try to explain it to you. One serving of the all-in-one Nutritional shake(or one 1.4oz packet) has 50% daily intake of vitamins and minerals, 15g protein, 6g fiber, 1.5g Omega-3 and a bunch of antioxidants, probiotics, and greens. Also it's dairy, gluten and soy free and it has no added sugar, artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners so it's pretty free from all that crap. I've been hearing a lot of good things about this product so i had to give it a try. I bought the Vanilla Chai  small packet which was around $4, so a bit pricy, the whole packet is is one serving so i tried half of it with water and i didn't like it so then i tried it with almond milk, banana and some cinnamon and it tasted great! It was really good and now I'm planning to get the small tub($39.99) soon.


1 1/2 cup of almond milk(i used unsweetened)
1 small frozen banana
1/2 a scoop of All-In-One Nutritional Shake Vanilla Chai flavor
A dash or two of cinnamon.

Blend it all up and enjoy the deliciousness!

Some favorites for July
Young Thai Coconuts are always a must for me, they go great with salads or whenever you want something super delicious and refreshing and for $1.50 it's not too bad.
I've done a post about the Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick'n but this time i wanted to try the Beefless Burger and it was good for whenever you are craving burger like food.(Gardien food run for about $4-5 bucks)
The Revolution Organics Freedom Lip Gloss is great for me when i don't want to put on chopstick or lipstick and this awesome stick works like both for me so its great and it's the first organic lip gloss i have ever tried, it's a bit pricy at 26.00 cash but it's a super cool product.
