Date Love

 When i first bought medjool dates i thought they looked really gross and i didn't eat them in there natural form so i used a food processor to get a better texture and that's when i made the "Lara bars" (click to see the recipe) So these are kind of similar, they have medjool dates, cashews, cinnamon and coconut flakes. These are great for a snack for school or work.
Ingridents:
10 medjool dates
1/2 cup of cashews
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut flaes

Blend cashews in food processor.
Blend dates separately.
With hands mix dates, cashews and cinnamon together.
Roll into balls, press and roll into coconut flakes.

Wrap them in plastic wrap of keep them in a container and carry them with you whereever you go and enjoy!
