Okay i was vegetarian for a week, which was not hard at all, then on June 18 i went vegan. I had already given up milk i always drank almond milk and cheese i was slowing giving up for example when i went to sandwich shops i would ask without cheese or mayo, so giving up those things weren't that hard at all but lately, as you may see, I've been craving sweets, bread and I've been getting a bit off track but it's not as bad because i get back on track fairly easily. Now i am very conscious of what i buy, making sure it doesn't contain any animal products, but that's only when i buy something like whole wheat bread or tortillas. I'm trying to eat clean and of course more plant based foods but sometimes I'm so lazy to actually cook something so i steam lets say broccoli, green beans, corn, and put it in a bowl with some spinach and there i have lunch! Sounds boring right?...it is. I need to find some easy vegan dinner recipes and learn to cook!...next week.
